Syafiq was the guy I consulted when I went to SIF. He is very responsive and provided good service throughout my entire process of browsing to purchasing. He is very patient and provided any information that I wished to know. When I had sudden inquiries on whether I could exchange the chairs, he responded quickly and worked around the details so that we could settle everything within the day. The following day, everything came in good condition and on time 👍🏻 Thank you for your assistance!
